MEGA Islamic Boarding School has a Guidance Department that has a learner character building program in order to improve the quality of character education in the school, the name of the program is Sukirah Character Education Award (SCEA). The program focuses on collecting as many learner portfolio points as possible which consists of three main programs.

Tahfidz Graduation is a moment of sacred celebration where we recognize the students' struggle, dedication, and commitment in preserving the Kalamullah. This is the first and most important pillar, because this is where spiritual foundation, patience, discipline, and love for knowledge are instilled. We expect Tahfidz graduates to be individuals whose steps are always guided by the light of the Qur'an.

Opening the World Window, Sharpening Critical Reasoning

Based on a solid spiritual foundation, we invite students to open the widest window of their horizons. Through Student Literacy Camp, we create an intensive program designed to foster a culture of reading, critical thinking, and courage to express ideas. Far from just reading, this activity trains students to analyze information, understand context, have healthy discussions, and write argumentatively. These are essential provisions to become a lifelong learner who is able to filter information and contribute intelligently to society.
